1. You forgot PackIDs. (see "The Pack ID")
2. DY is right.
3. Why is it special to be the 50th, 125th, 300th, 450th, 900th, 1200th or 9000th user?

The user ids skip numbers, So just because their id is 1000, it doesn't make then the 1000th user.
