Topic, Level "Outer Shell", game "Puzzle It"

  A small, genious level.

As Treazer said, you can make it smaller and thus more centered. You could even replace the 2 bombs and ice blocks by 2 broken walls and move that structure another place to the level itself.

As for official, I am hessitating. It's indeed a very nice trick, but not original. Though, I've probably seen that trick before in a newer levels.

Therefore:
my vote for official.
(as 3rd or 4th hard level)

  Unfortunately, this level hasn't got many votes due to the difficulty of the level.
When you can't complete the level, you can't really see how fantastic it is.

  Btw, the bombs with the greys could be placed differently to make it compacter.

  This level is not hard. I would place it in the easy category.
