The numbers and the pattern below them each belong to a switch. The patterns below the switches might help you to find out to which switch the other patterns and the numbers belong to.

If you know that, take the top pattern and apply it to the switches, then confirm.

edit: I seem to have misunderstood you, I though with "realize" you meant "beat".
Yeah, burfy has done a very nice job! :)

  Well, my mistake... :)
I firstly thought that to realize this idea it will need huge circuits, and it will be very hard to simplify and hide them.

  Burfy didn't beat it, because he solved the puzzle.
He beat it, because he knew (and still knows of course) the code.
