I'm not so good at this game. My first score was 800 moves, and even after finding the solution and improving my score, I still was in last place.
However, to answer your question-

Due to the arrangement that you need for the last block, it is only possible if you move the linked blocks.

To those who have completed this:

Is this one possible without moving the linked blocks? The small difference between the first one and this one was that this one was supposed to be only possible by moving the linked blocks whereas the first one doesn't require you to move them.
