One way to solve it would be to
SPOILER
match the cyans as early as possible. For the following moves, you would match red next and white last, while the whites would be matched vertically in the middle column with the reds horizontally in the middle and right column.

Tricky, I can only get 2 out of 3 colors matched. The red blocks seem to be the hardest.
