You can stack the blue and red blocks on top of each other. Then put the red on the bottom right. Afterwards put the double-bomb block atop the blue column and push the unmovable, left-facing bomb block atop it. Then ride it to the other side and use the other bomb to get rid of the red block, while avoiding merging the blue block among the column.
