  It wouldn't be fair to say his name (although his rating wasn't probably fair either) but you are right, his rating power is 6.

  And not my mistake too, for checking this I voted 4/5 too and now 3.9/5.

Just wonder who voted 1/5. :) Fortunately his rating power seems not so high.

  I don't know who it was (only admins can see), but it has to be someone with a very low level, because the rating is 3.851 when I give a 4.
