  Slight shortcut with this HS (no, I'm not referring to the bonus area).

  Unfortunately I have no way of knowing. Maybe GIS knows. Apparently it is someone with a rather high rating power, because my 5/5 did not make much of a difference.

[edit] I have now made an attempt to calculate the user's rating power. There are only two BL members with the rating power I calculated, one of which has been inactive for a very long time. I am not sure what I should do with this information though. Maybe send the user a PM asking if it was an accident, and if not, ask how the user justifies the rating?
