  You're right, I only moved the blocks up/down and thought ahead for every move, solved with 25!

  It's simple, the goal is to have the four blocks in the middle remain in their original position when you solve it, and have the same colored block directly tangent to them, end in the alignment of the direction their arrows are pointing on the opposite side. So the upper left pink block will land on the lower right empty pink post. It's easier to solve moving only the blocks in the wings.

I don't know about uploading more levels though, I come to visit every once in a while, but thanks for the rating.

  Interesting challenge, It deserves a 5/5 from me. Keep it up with the levels.
