There are two methods for the hook, both of which are in messages below - so I won't say them here. When you land on the first box - jump to the second, then jump up to the checkpoint (The ground beneath should shift to allow you a pathway through). I won't make you bother asking for help with the final jump, so I'll tell you that if you speed ahead and wait until your front wheel is on the final break line, then jump and fully extend - you can make it to the finish

Firstly, jump and hook the hook, then flip the car so that the head is facing right. When you are able to crouch, let it rest (by leaving it) and then jump and hold forward. This will help you get past this part. Next, head to the far right of this section to activate a switch. At this point you flip the car so that you can pretty much reverse to get near to the cable. You can then reverse cable and the lethal dot shouldn’t kill you. If you do all of this successfully, you will reach the second checkpoint.
