As you can see, the orange shape count says 0 so you need to recolor the orange block. In order to do so, you need a tower of 4 red blocks below the color changer.

Since the green shape count is 1 you need to merge the former orange block with the green block. For that the remaining fifth red block has to be to the left of the red tower for the new green block to not fall into the gap.

There are several solutions for that. A good way to find the right way is to split the red blocks and try to get all of them to the right side. When realizing that you made a mistake and can't get one of the reds across anymore just undo and try the same by moving other blocks.
