Each color stands for one direction. You need to assign each color a direction and then follow the code above to solve the level.

With logical conclusions you can cut down the number of possible solutions to 2 as patio09 said.

I have no clue how to solve it, I know there's a code, but I don't know which order to solve it.

There are 24 possible ways to assign the clue.
If you look at the last move you can cut it down to 6. If then you postulate not to undo what you have done you cut it to 2 possibilities.
