Yes. Notice that the locked blocks have certain colors. Every block in the bottom part of the level that has one of those colors need to be recolored and be entirely grey.

How are you supposed to reach the goals if you can't move the blocks up?

Coincidentally, the score we got from JC 58 (TC57) is the same at the same time!!!!!
Treazer: 2nd, 18 moves
Suhangha: 1st, 16 moves

The cycle is the same!!
