This is somewhat tricky indeed.

Try to get the blocks in a position so that you can move the green block between the other greens with the help of orange (the green basically stands on orange when right gravity is active).

Afterwards, you should move cyan and change gravity so that you can move orange between the other orange blocks with the help of cyan.
