  Finally tied 22. Rather easy to be honest - I suspect this is just a level which those who've beaten it only play once and those who haven't struggle...

EDIT: Dropped 5 moves off this one, I wondered if skipping that 'cycle' is doable and I guess I found out. I'd have thought this one is maxed but who knows?

EDIT2: Nevermind, another move gone after only 5 more minutes...
