The gray block does not need to move at all.

I wasn't sure if this one was beginner or intermediate either. I didn't notice that only 1 move is necessary for the grey at first...

I'm not entirely sure about the category. Moreover, you only need a single 1 on the grey block (not for the optimal solution though).
