With no red jellies and one dark red jelly, you must place the dark red colouring block with your one move in a place where you can access it with every red block from above. Note that you can push it about for adjustments if necessary. You also must attach a red to the immovable red near the top, and with how the level is structured - and the fact there's no gravity, all reds being below the immovable one with it being unattached is an automatic fail. I'll not tell any more because with trial and error I think you can work this one out!
