Finally clutched that 13.

Not sure if this will be very helpful. Let me know if you need any more hints with this, or any level.

The greens need to go in a vertical line - but the cyans do not matter, so long as they attach to the underside of the cyan centre. Due to this, focusing more on the greens may help a lot when trying to solve this.
