  I didn't seen too much stuff to make smaller.. it breaks down the challenge tbh

the name actually shows why the number of the move counts is strange (it has an unusual solution, thats why actually nobody would beat it with first look)

  I can't seem to solve it directly, but I wonder if you can't make the levels smaller while retaining the challenge.
