Don't merge until you are absolutely sure that it won't matter (try not to merge anything at the top - it may still be solvable but it can be very hard)
I really suck at these kinds of levels because I'm basically just guessing at this point, cus there's so much going on in such a small space, my brain can't handle it :'(
