The definition of "both correct" is made clear after following the link. A "both correct" would be what makes both parties correct. By itself, this is not a complete sentence, however there is an implied "Here is" as a prefix to complete the sentence. So the implied sentence is "Here is your "both correct". After substituting in the reading context of "both correct" it becomes "Here is your evidence that makes both parties correct". And that clearly is a grammatically correct sentence.
