  Basically what Dynamo said. Also I don't see need to apoint more admins as flash will be officially unsupported next month

  I would happily accept this role if needed, however gis is already a Level 2 Admin, I feel as though the issue is based on the current buggy state of the site.

  What if you ask Dynamo or Coolguy 52 to manage?
like as Coolguy52 plays an active part in manage JG2

  This is a good level that I wish I could accept but the site won't let me.

I would recommend adding backgrounds until further away from the level so there is no cutoff however
