  How do you get 94k? I understand 91k - 92k at a stretch, but that's truly incredible!

  In the start... You can make yourself go under the line with only the back wheel over the line. If you do this you can jump to the goal... Just put a dead line under the start line.

  I think that the invisible dead curves are ugly, and not really of any use here. You should just make a normal dead curve.
