Wow, I am pretty suprised this got rated that high since it's almost impossible to do in time!

Because I've never seen you guys before, let's say this, if you search for my latest levels, you will see that they will all be with less time, that's what I mostly do, this is even easy in time, you just don't know what to do, and BracingSparks, did you seen my official level 'Quick!'? there's 000.070 seconds left if you do it right, so if it's possible in time, it can be official, also, it doesn't matter if it's too hard, other people may find this very easy.
