  I did the bottom part in 54 moves.

It's impossible.
I find only one square better. Red, bleu or pink is not important but a small level with only one square is really better.
Believe me.

I have also a question: Why is there an upper part?

  right now it is impossible. There should be no more edits once scores have been saved !! The individual square are a copy of red square !!

  I agree with patio09. If you had kept the squares you deleted, and deleted the blue and pink squares I think it would have been better. Then you wouldn't need the frame either :) I perhaps should have told you earlier. But if you want it like this, it's ok.

  There is a blue tile missing in the bottom right square. I agree with chesse9 and propose to simply delete the pink and blue bottom squares.

  It gets very repetetive. I think 2 or 3 squares would be enough.
