  The level has already been reviewed by an admin 11 days ago.
The game author decides which levels get official from time to time. There is no clear rule to decide what makes a level official or not. It's just the choice of the game author according to where s/he wants the game to go.

It's a VERY good level. But I'm not sure I want to make it official.

  how long does it take for an admin to check out a level???
