  5 moves?...
Jyxz 14 years ago
I can get all the blocks off the screen in 10 moves. Beat that.

Edit: See How off beat this level has me? I have gotten 3 colors on like 40 times lol.
Jac1 14 years ago
@pauloalex: Actually I have no idea on how to do it!
Jyxz 14 years ago
I have gotten 3 blocks on with the 4th in a different location 3 times which means I think its possible here I go.
pauloalex 14 years ago
Jac1, do you know how to do this level?
Jac1 14 years ago
  That's a start to it!
gameinsky 14 years ago
i ccan get the four boxes in one square xD
Jac1 14 years ago
Well, I never ever thought I would create the 2nd last official BLockoban level...
Elizea 14 years ago
  2nd last official o_O nice

Well done Jac1, impressive level. Looks so simple, but is so difficult.
pauloalex 14 years ago
  very hard!!!! but is possible....
MartinfraKongsberg 14 years ago
  You should be a rocket-scientist!!!
We have to get it down to 70-something...
boogiebee 14 years ago
Martin, I have reverse engineered a sequence of moves that must follow a particular 'x-y' grid size of the tiles. ( a true rectangle, not a rhombus ) more to follow...
PS: Yours is a difficult score to beat!

Edit: The grid size is large enough such that no matter where it occurs it will 'straddle' the voids in the playing field so you can get to the 'launch' position I have identified in my solution.

Thanks for that piece of wisdom, nelson90!

Not many people can manage that nowdays...
nelson90 14 years ago
It is obviously very hard, but I would'nt compare it to Archery. Quadruple Transfer looks like a Rubik's cube: the beginning is quite easy, but when you approach the goal, each move destroys what you did before. The only way to solve it is to find some series of moves that keep 2 or 3 blocks in place while moving the other(s) in the right direction.

On the other hand, solving Archery don't require this kind of mathematics, you "only" need to find the tricks (more easy to say than to do!).

  Thanks :)

I didn't mean it to be so hard!

Is it harder than Archery or...
nelson90 14 years ago
  At least I did it!
I was so impressed by your excellent score, Martin, that I was really motivated... even if it took me a lot of hours!
Next step: a two-digit score...

Edit: not far!

@Jac1: sorry to have said it was impossible. Your level is fantastic :)
MartinfraKongsberg 14 years ago
I just figured out the clue...
I think boogiebees record can be cut in half.

Getting closer!!!
Someone will get a two-digit score one day.
MartinfraKongsberg 14 years ago
  Nice work, boogiebee!
boogiebee 14 years ago
I have three 'on targets' now with green one space to the right. 204 moves.
cheese9 14 years ago
I believe it is possible too and I am almost certain I've played it before somewhere, like a couple of the other levels Jac1 has created. Shoot me if I'm wrong.
Mo 14 years ago
Hmmm, 3 out of 4 in place but the last one is driving me crazy!
nelson90 14 years ago
Until now, I haven't found the trick. I gave up after more than 400 moves (but I will try again tomorrow).

@Jac1 : are you sure it is really possible ?
boogiebee 14 years ago
This one can be solved ,I am sure. I've had progress similar to Martin's ( trembling with excitement ) someone will garner our admiration!
Shiro 14 years ago
  Bah, piece of cake XD
pauloalex 14 years ago
I believe not, but let's see.
MartinfraKongsberg 14 years ago
It's not official (yellow block), but it's accepted (blue block). Let's see if Mo, nelson90 or boogiebee can break the code.
pauloalex 14 years ago
I think it has not been verified by the administrator if the level was possible. I hope it is not evaluated to official.
MartinfraKongsberg 14 years ago
I can get 3 blocks in position with 95 moves, but after 380 moves I still can't get that last one in position, and I surrender...
:-(
MartinfraKongsberg 14 years ago
  I think so...
I've had 3 blocks in position, but I had severe difficulties with the last one, so I gave up. But I'll try some more.
