It's kind of "levels I got left" for me too cause I can't play a lot of those level... I have the worst computer ever!

cause it has rejected, accepted, and official levels in it

Why are you putting rejected levels in a pack for high rated levels?

There is also a few levels with low ratings.

You can't just take levels YOU like(or you own levels) and call it a high rated pack.

Use high rated levels or give the pack another description.
