Yes, they are in a random order.

  wow my level is near the end :O (lvl 66) or did you just put them in a random order. But anyway it's a great way of using a pack :)

  I tried that, not enough people turned them in.
When the ratings change, usually only 1 of the levels in this pack changed. It's not that bad, so I will just keep it this way.

  Since the level rating keep changing, maybe you should ask people to send the level they personaly feel turned out the best?
It might be hard to implement 'cause then you'll have to rely on everyone that they will send in their level, but that's my suggestion.

  If you know other peoples' best levels, please type the name here. It's a lot easier than what I am doing.

I just noticed that the highest rated levels keep changing every day. Crap....... -_-
