I also disagree that this is a luck-based level. There are a finite set of variables (i.e. platforms) that operate in a consistent, repetitive, and therefore predictable fashion. Yes, it does take a lot of study and practice to fully understand and react to those variables--and so I can understand how this level might *seem* luck-based. But once the pattern becomes transparent, the same results can be achieved with relative ease; after one-half hour of practice, I can now pass this level via the same path, taking the same amount of time, and achieving the same success with virtually every iteration. This is a skill-based level.
Uhhh... Luck would be you picking a path out of say... 20. And the path freefalling to either a hedgehog or the goal. Then randomizing after each failure. This level takes a lot of timing, and trial and error, to see how the turtles programming reacts to the stage. So it is obviously not luck.
