  Finally solved, well no one can accuse me now of cheating because my admin powers are gone, what a relief.

  try following: pink blocks to goals, then icy blocks to floors 3, 4 from the bottom
set 4 air-goals then set 2 goals then You will be solved

  I seem to get all the blocks in except one, (either the green or the blue). Still stuck, it must be solving in only up/down fashion and not diagonally.

  It is more easy than it looks.

  Judging by the scores, I'm not going to attempt this now.
