I think very minor things, like having the finish line just outside the box, and having a little path moving outside the box, are acceptable.

when you say that does that mean my level is disqualified? because it moves a bit out of the level and then in again...

I don't mean to be a real stickler but I think the levels should be TOTALLY within the 28x28.. because that's the whole point of the contest.. so it wouldn't be fair to those who stick to the rules

When it's written Super tertil (Rolling Turtle) that means it's deleted or you wrote it wrong
Check the lvlid carefully

Sorry but somehow all my Local levels deleted and I'm not making any :(((

MooKings now it's not be somekind of ****head but the level should fit into 28x28 and your 28x28 box moves around and there's actually 1 of the rules which says:

Your level doesn't have to be outlined at 28x28, but must entirely fit within!
Update: Your level may be smaller than 28x28.

which means that if the level is larger than 28x28 it might not get accepted in this contest...

but we might be able to accept it anyways if we'll vote or if Oh_Bebe update the rules :p

and yes I know I made a small break of the rules when I made my level :p
