What is the "rolling turtle" level, 1jase?

  there are still many RT levels in official or not 2 to add here (and garygoh, dont set your private opinion before the communitys opinion)

I don't think you choose what official levels you should add because there's always someone who would like it

  garygoh884, if you really are going to keep this up, atleast get the levels from Official or Not 2. Other thing is that if level gets +3 votes official, and you dont like it anyway, you cant make your own opinion to be more 'right' than others.

  it has 6 votes, but i guess garygoh only adds it unless someone else suggests it. ( which is completely stupid because no-one is going to suggest old levels from official or not 2)

and also just because they are on the list doesn't mean that they will be official so i don't see the harm. But yes i can see why it might be a bad thing because some people might suggest all there levels instead of 1 or 2
