  Easy, you click the link that has 'more' then that little window picture. Then you right click the thumbnail. Click, copy image adress.

Then do this:

[ img=#####]--hidden text--[ /img ]

Remove the spaces and where the ##### part is, instead of that, paste the image adress that you copied.

Like this:



This way is easier.
Or just use imageshack (does not have the link)
