you can also use it commercially with permission, but thats the same with any license...

Okay few basic things:
-You can use my songs in anything non-commercial.
-You don't need my permission to use my songs.
-You have to give me the credit for the song.
That's quite much it.

@GL: You can claim copyright without Creative Commons, but Newgrounds and Soundcloud both automatically license with CC.
