  I didn't know that this was a topic. It looks as though it has fairly sporadic posts.

  In my opinion, this topic is kind of boring if you don't avoid using that sign all guys talk about. Writing that symbol is not aiding, nor is writing a digit to imply it.
So, you all (including this guy writing that now) shouldn't only stop using that sign, you should also stop using words which normally contain that symbol, although you, and probably all guys also writing into this topic, might know what that post is saying.
