  tester: if a game is in test phase you can ask the maker to make you tester (you'l have to test the game as payback) admins are chosen by the game author or by JP, mostely those are good players, levelmakers and mature people.

  Someone should make a video tutorial about how to make a collaboration level.

  I think it's 5-10 and each level must be rated enough times.

You upload the level (use a title like undone)
A new box will appear on your down-right, there are two mores, click on the thin (link) one on your top left you shall see:add an editor to the list, now you only have to put the name.
