  OK, maybe it was, but there is very few chance that he will be admin.

  Being active is not the only thing, you must know the difference between messy/clean capitalise the first letter, don't have a stretched thumbnail/taking in editor etc.

  umm... i think people that have limitations have extremely low changes to get admin...

  There should be a admin and it should be active persones like gameinsky or me (we are here a lot of time per day)
