And + I just want to do things on my free time because I have enough time to do things and nobody give me work to do.

  OK, maybe it was, but there is very few chance that he will be admin.

  Being active is not the only thing, you must know the difference between messy/clean capitalise the first letter, don't have a stretched thumbnail/taking in editor etc.

  umm... i think people that have limitations have extremely low changes to get admin...
