Nope. Must be free and installed on the computer, not by hand.

Remember that Flash 8 isn't cheap, you'll need about 700$ handy to get it. :/

Flixel, and the sum of its parts, are all cheap, however, you have to wire them together yourself. :/

Erm... you could settle for Flixel, set it all up while your dad's away, you'll make games much faster. :/
