PROBLEM: The stars keep going behind the neon, so you can't see them. It won't let me put it on top without deleting part of the neon. Please help!

  @ Gamelover: that was somethings different, Gecko made the projects but was unmotivated to finish it, he had other plans in mind.
Now He gave the game to Marc who FINISHED it.
Also, yes, I trashed the argument.
