Read this.

If the image is on your computer, THEN you need an image sharing website. I prefer to use imageshack, but be careful about those sites that remove your pics after time.
2) Upload if needed, if not go to step 3.
3) Copy the link to the image and paste it here in this style: [img=http://website.com/image.png]*Image Hover Text here*[/img]
Be careful with really large images that don't fit in the msgboxes too. You may want to link the image too.

  Or you can just search the image you are looking for, right click it, then click "properties" and copy the adress and then paste the link in the thing Daft said in number 4.

  1.) You need an accout on an image sharing website. (I recommend ImageShack)
2.)Upload a photo to your profile on that website
3.) Copy the "Direct Link"
4.) Then put that link in here: [ img= (Put Direct Link Here) ][ /img ] and remove spaces
