There's no way he'll beat me in the global tournament.

  Simon: Because that someone apparently doesn't have a high rating-power. But it's got to be something because it's not normal that suddenly 5 levels drop down in rating in 8 hours. And to make a level rated by over 15 people drop by more than 0.3 you have to rate it 1 or 2, unless you're level 30 or higher.
