  So guys, what are some of your new year resolutions for 2025? I'm going on a trip tomorrow for 7 days. I'm going to South Carolina to enjoy some of the scenery, food and friendly folks there. I may be able to get on a computer to update you guys, we'll see how it goes. Take care y'all.

  A friend of mine had it when I was younger and we used to play sometimes round his house but I was never any good. I’m not good at shooting games either, and any shooters I have played, I only play through the campaign on a normal difficulty. I haven’t got the patience for multiplayer with sweats who sink their entire lives into prestiging 10 million times, I want to actually enjoy my gaming experience, not die after 10 seconds and then wait 5 minutes to get spawned back in, just to immediately die again. Some might say skill issue, I say solo experiences are so much better as I feel like more love goes into the craft. A lot of (not all) multiplayer stuff these days is just soulless rubbish designed to please shareholders and make bank. Racing and platformers all the way for me as well CG, I like a nice puzzle game too and games with a unique concept or storyline. One of the coolest games I’ve played in recent times was Laika: Aged Through Blood, a motorvania style game, a combination of my 2 favourite genres which unfortunately I could never beat, I just keep getting lost lol.

  I have heard of Guitar Hero, though I've never played it! I've played mini games in other games which are based on the gameplay though. Rhythm games generally aren't my forte (although I did play Geometry Dash as a kid, I wasn't exactly brilliant compared to some people like kalina). I'm also pretty bad at shooting games, for me it's racing or platformer games. I enjoy games where minimizing a timer is the general scoring idea! How about you all?

  Have you guys heard of Guitar Hero? It's a game series where you have to press the correct buttons in the sequence. It's on the Playstation, X-box and Nintendo Switch.

  I think the standard themes in GD are pretty cool, but the community went a bit too insane sometimes with the techno music, so it does evoke that type of memory. I haven’t played any of the other games mentioned, though I have heard some music and I do agree with your assessment. Thinking about OST for games, I enjoyed the themes for New Super Mario Bros. That game was one that had so much cool music and is one of my true ‘childhood’ games, alongside the Wii counterpart!

I kinda undersold the shopping centres in my area, because I did forget another one. I do live near to a major city so it makes sense that there are at least two big ones within an hour at most. I don’t often think about them like that because when I think of ‘malls’ I think of things like the Mall of America and its multiple rollercoasters in the mall (I’ve never been but it sounds insane)! I rarely go for the same reasons you listed, it is usually overpriced and not worth it, particularly as I mentioned there are a lot of shops in my town. I’ve never visited the UAE, though it does seem pretty cool. I do enjoy the options of a good food court myself, and one of the centres has so many choices, I’ve eaten there dozens of times and I still don’t think I’ve tried half the restaurants!
