Topic, Game "Rolling Turtle"

  Thanks, that's a good idea. It won't work for my level though, but actually it is pretty small so I don't really need any checkpoints I guess. But it would be nice if it's possible to add a feature to permanentily move a wall.

Also, wouldn't putting a switch at the checkpoint make the wall move twice as far, when you first reach the checkpoint, since it was already moved once from the first switch?

  You can't make it stay open, but you can link the door to another path, and place a switch at the checkpoint.

  I am trying to make a level. I use the path to move a line to open a door, and I use a star as a switch to start the movement. But how do you make the door stay open (make the line stay in it's final position), after the player has died and started from a save point?

  Help! I'll never be able to complete my newest level without different switches triggering the same things!

  I have something even better. a new sofa! well not really but i do have an interesting idea if jp can manage: one-sided walls! there would be a missing border or something on the fall through side.

[answer jp] you have the right to edit your level while it is not accepted. This is kind of post is better on the level itself.

  Press G to turn off the grid.

  Zakko600 it wont work for me! when i start make a little line, and then when it is orange, move it back to where i started it just disappear!

  make a line a little line with grid. Now the line will be yellow. Click and the line will be orange. Drive the mouse back when you started and a lillte dot will came from. Now click 2*

  Ah OK thx guys I got it know I was not doing the right test (clicking on the START/MENU button instead of PLAY button)

  Matty, yeah, I mentioned that problem before. It always happens, and I often press play before it has loaded, because the play button is there and jumping.

  Strabge, I don't have the pb here, does it happen always with you ?

  Yes, I believe it's said before, but if you press start before the game is finishing loading, the game will never start.

  Ohh... Its The Water-Base you cant get trough? It also took me many tries but i have done it and all other official levels to. When is it you keep dying?

  Wow, I must be missing something. I really tried to like this game, but after about level 15, it's impossible for me to pass. I just keep dying at certain spots.

[edit] It's corrected now. Note it was only a display bug, the saved score was 100.

I've also uploaded a few corections asked by Asforien ( a level without any curves is now possible, the delay pixels for the path item are incremented much faster).

If you complete a level with let's say 11 jumps, then complete a level with no jumps at all, the score says: Level completed! Number of jumps 11, Score 89

  Actually all lines are arc of circle in RT. When you think you draw a simple line, it is in fact a circle with a huge radius. It's a cheat and this cheat doesn't work well with small lines.

  Hmm, when i draw short lines along the grid they turn out slightly slanted...

  ... Because RT levels were not unlocked until now!
