Finally I got the Master Turtle Award :D

  You can put it like this:
[ lvlid=XXXX ] XXXX = level ID that you can find above the comments of the level you want to post!
On example I wrote in that message Spirals (Rolling Turtle).
I just wrote lvlid=3873 in signs [ ]!
I dont know how there shown "removed" so just ignore it

If you can onlu upload one level is it in each game or not?

  No, local save is, well, local. Your level won't exist on the server, so there's no way that anyone could edit your level (unless they hacked into your computer, but...).
That's why local save is ideal if you want to save a level that's not done yet.

  Ok, if they have not yet been evaluated then JP or any of the other administrators (including myself) will evaluate it at some stage. You don't need to ask, because we will do it anyway when we get around to it.

  You need to say to Administrator that you want this level editable and then tell everyone that you editing it!!! I think so

  No, G is admin, and I'm 100% sure about that.
But I agree that it is wierd...

But what does A really mean?

  No no no... A red G is the game's creator, a blue G is a game admin, and a T is a tester.

  You mean G, game maker and A, admin?

G = Admin
A = Game maker
T = Tester
[Edit]When you get them all you have word "TAG"

  For jp, minmay and geckojsc, it's because the're administrators.
But I don't know about Burfy
