  Paths is the answer. When you get used to paths in the game you will be able to do a lot of things that you didnt know was posiible.

  Admins lvl 1 can't change official levels, the game authors (admins lvl 2) can do that, but I believe that's not a good idea. Jp selected really awesome levels to make them official. See why is not a good idea?

  Can you change some official gis? If no, who can do that?

You could consider the wonderworks as a second pack of officials tho :P
