  it has to be good according to the admins. if you check, not all officials are 5 star and not all 5 stars are official.

  @ jim: No, we can NOT register friends. If we could, that would be awesome, just to keep close links with other people, so we don't have to look around for a level or comment by them JUST TO PM THEM!!! lol.
