  for the thousandth time:with a path!
create a path from the power up section.
klick the edit wrench tool then klick on the path .
use 'noodles'to make the form of the path.
to make a path stop immediately create two noodles next to each other where the last noodle the speed 0.
to make a path more curved then raise the smooth.

  Yes, you can Copy paste things
First select the move tool then press Control and click on the think you want to paste

and no there is not a copy and paste icon you must do it by hand srry
