  1) yes, it says it in the level editor? Is that what your asking? check FAQ? I made tutorials if you want in that sense
2) when your editing a line, w/wrench tool, change it's type to background, and then you can edit the inside/outside colors.
3) Not that I know of, but you might be able to ask admin. Other than that, just title it "Unfinished" or something, and then it will be rejected (red block)

  how did you make the level difrrent colors i wont to know. your levle is ranbo colors how did you do that

  is there info on how to make the level?

  in the menu, at the top: Play - Select - Create
press create and read the instructions..then press "new level" and when you finish it: Upload next to the tittle.
